We are looking for experienced HR professionals to join our people operations team. As an InQ PO partner, we expect you to act as a strategic in-house counsellor to businesses by looking into the core needs of each team and deliver talent management and development solutions.

【Responsibility】

1. Take part in daily PO operation, such as recruitment,employee relation and C&B. 


2. Plan and execute PO projects, such as succession programme, leadership coaching, system & PO process improvement…etc. to support continuous talent growth as well as organisation development. 


3. Cultivate good understanding of the organisation culture, vision & mission, and businesses.

1. Graduated with BSc or above in HR or Psychology related degree.

2. Above 5 years of full function HR experiences.

3. Solid knowledge of C&B & Labour law is a plus.

4. Have a great passion in people’s growth and organisationl development.
