- Cultivate a proficient understanding of company’s vision, objectives, products, service, and the relationships between its various businesses.
- Design strategy of performance management that aligns with business strategy and optimizes talents’ motivation and growth
- Analyze current performance evaluation and recognition programs and lead related change management to make sure the current design are effective in the fast-changing business environment
- Deploy efficient success metrics relating to rewards and performance evaluation and coach managers to set and communicate success metrics with their members
- Coach managers in communicating their team’s and company’s vision and objectives to their team members and developing objectives and key results (OKR) that approach realization of company objective
- Act as the expert to design and lead initiatives to incubate and promote performance culture within the company
- Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when situations change, and seeking out ways to improve the business beyond your stated responsibilities
職務需求
- 3-5 years of performance management related work experience
- Experienced with facilitating OKR (Objective and Key Results) goal management
- Experienced in coaching upper-level management in performance management related topics and successfully influence them to become better people leaders and secure their commitment in support of performance management (including benefit) policy
- Be passionate about people’s growth
