Possess ownership of a Patentcloud product (manager) or its product backlogs (specialist) to shape, execute, and optimize product go-to-market strategy, including:

• Segment target markets to define the respective value proposition and initial value to customers and users
• Draft and optimize product roadmap based on business goal and technology feasibility, and liaise with stakeholders for delivery as expected
• Work with UX team to define user journeys for acquisition, onboarding and expansion along with validation metrics; specification, prototype, wireframe, and use cases will be required
• Work with delivery manager and SCRUM master to manage feature launch schedule along with acceptance criteria; specification, grooming, and negotiation will be required
• Take accountability for service quality of product and manage issues/backlogs of product reliability and usability; the issues cover data, user interface, product manual, functionality and customer wishlist
• Update and synchronize product status to marketing, client success, business partners and VIP clients
