Key responsibilities

• Work with business owners to develop, implement related test plans/cases to identify software problems and ensure necessary product test coverage
• Test real-time video and audio service in terms of functionality and quality: client-side performance, streaming, call stability and compatibility
• Perform Functionality, Regression, Performance, Stress testing on - UI, network, system, audio/video and Bluetooth for product quality, stability and compatibility
• Assist in writing automation scripts as needed
• Maintain and execute manual/automated test cases
• Investigate device logs for crash and errors
• Document test results for the software development team
• Create, analyze, track and prioritize defects
• Work together with developers to troubleshoot and debug issues found during new product development
• Test software for enhanced user experience, efficiency and performance

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in device software testing
• Familiarity with Java, Javascript, Selenium Webdriver
• Experience on development workflow tools such as CI/CD, TestRail, Postman, Google Cloud, GitHub, JIRA and Figma
• Good command of English
