职缺描述
- Design and develop features on the platform
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Integrate API with platform
- Troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
- Lead projects as required
- Work in an agile environment
职务需求
- 5+ years of working experience in Software Development, such as Python, Javascript, Ruby or others and happy to learn new languages and frameworks
- Good communication skills and conversational English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-function team
- Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities
- Willing to become a team lead in the future
面试流程
- Off-line task for 35 mins (maximum)
- Online project presentation, interaction algorithm, System design (1.5hr)
- Behavior quesions (1hr)
