- Develop test solution following all development stages
- Deploy and release the developed test solutions at various subcontractors in Taiwan (and other locations in Asia like Thailand, Philippines, and China)
- Work in the area of Final Test and Wafer Probe
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams like Product, Design, Applications, Characterization, and Operations
- Support released test solutions at production and help solve issues if necessary

- 5yrs+ experience in the area of test development or test engineering.
- In-depth experience developing a test solution: Schematic design, Board Layout, Source Code development, Correlation and GR&R, Continuous Improvement and Supporting Production.
- Experience in using tools like: Multimeter, Oscilloscope and Signal Generators.
- Must have an experience in programming using languages like C++, C#, other applicable languages
- Experience creating and documenting test plans, procedures, methodologies, and reports.
- Experience working with subcons in either Final Test or Wafer Probe and interfacing with their personnel including supervisors, engineers, technicians, operators, equipment, and facilities.
- Fluent in English.
