Job Description

  • As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
  • Manage customer programs within the team and ensures effective technical and program execution to ensure customer success.
  • Plans, provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost.
  • Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions.
  • Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.
  • Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.
  • This is a technical manager position and candidate is expected to be from a technical background.

This gives developers immediate access to its advanced neural network, imaging, and vision processing cores, while also allowing them to develop proprietary capabilities through the Myriad development platform and libraries.


  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience managing technical teams in a customer facing role
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of DSP or embedded RTOS experience preferred
  • Background in Machine learning and AI is preferred
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field
