Advisory solution engineers play a key role in a cross-functional, client-facing team to advise and grow our
most important accounts that generate multi-million dollars of annual revenue. You work
alongside with the decision makers (VP, C Level executives) of Forbes top 500 premium
publishers around the world and contribute in the building of a new digital ad monetization future
for the entire ad tech industry. It is a priceless experience to take on such responsibility and
deliver real results, all while developing your own career.

$60,000 - $100,000 TWD * 13 months

| Your Responsibilities
Advisory solution engineers represent the best of Intowow. You are responsible for client satisfaction, client
acquisition and retention, and for sustaining business growth from your accounts. Internally, you
represent the clients, and are responsible for communicating client requirements and market
opportunities to the product team to ensure ongoing value being generated for the clients.
Advisory solution engineers belong to our Client Success Team. We expect you to specialize in product
knowledge, and excel in data analytic skills so that you are able to identify data insight easily,
develop actionable items, and facilitate growth of both our clients and our product. As a
consultant, we also expect you to be an expert in the ad tech industry, and be able to advise on
complicated ad-ops/ad-tech problems for our global media partners.
Fluency in English is a basic requirement. We also expect our candidates to be familiar with the
development of web application, which is essential to easily navigate technical issues during the
important pre-sales & onboarding processes in our client acquisition cycle.
| Your Scope of Work
Leading the client acquisition lifecycle including pre-sales, product onboarding, and contracting.
Generating client growth & retention by means of product operation, and providing consulting services, ad operation insight, and quarterly business reviews for clients.
Troubleshooting and resolving client’s ad operation, website integration, or product-related issues.
Coordinating with the product team to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.
You live and breathe the customer-first attitude while being critical at all time.
