Job Description

As our Ecommerce Specialist, you will:

• Coordinate with web developers, software engineers and partners to deliver the UI/UX customization and services

• Support the word press website, CMS and E-store/marketplace setup services

• Execute plans and strategies of inbound marketing such as email marketing, loyalty program and referral program to drive client’s sales and revenue

• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

• Set actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Provide suitable e-commerce operation solutions based on market and customer needs.

• Develop new customers and service sales through cold visits, small seminar, Investment convention, etc.

• Review and analyze the sales performance.

• Enhance the website content and flow to grow the traffic and conversion rate

• Collect and analyse client’s requirements and formulate the appropriate solutions

• Follow-up the sales performance and analyze ROI.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in marketing, communication, e-commerce, computer science, technology, information system, or related disciplines

• A minimum of 2 years' working experience in PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML

• Hands on experience in Word press, Shopify, AWS, web performance analytics & eShop development is preferred

• Good understanding of the latest Internet, mobile, search and social media development trends

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly reliable, proactive, self-motivated and independent
