【Asset Expansion/ Test New Store Format】
Ensuring a well-defined strategic plan of store’s expansion is about implementing includes new & existing asset and exploring store formats.
- Established a 3-year market penetration strategic plan
- Managed and continued store expansion
- In charge of opening stores per the budget plan and achieving proformance target
- Coordinated with RE team members and cross functional leaders on the new stores’ opening approval process, including RE processing, Investment Committee (Jardine Capex proposal) and YUM’s approval application
- Lead DA negotiation with Yum! to support strategic network build up
【Asset Management】
- Collaborating with Operation team to evaluate all existing stores in right trade area with reasonable rental cost, and proposing suggestion for next move if necessary
- Collaborating with Operation team and landlords regard to the topic of the usage for the premises and idle space.
- Responsible for lease management to ensure the terms and conditions which are consistent with Company’s standard policies and best interest
- Optimize restaurant portfolio performance via LMU, Rental Reduction management, and co-work with C&F head for build smarter
【Team member Development】
- Responsible for the development and assessment of the team members with support, and provided trainings to team members
1. Relevant experience and minimum years required
- A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
- Experienced with developing new stores and evaluating existing stores
2. Basic skills required:
- Strong business sense adoption to understand business needs and targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated and able to take initiatives on relevant issues
- Good English verbal and written skills
