-Grow APP active user (DAU, WAU and MAU) and sales
-Responsible for the App product/service experience
-Develop APP users strategies for activation, retention, customer journeys.
-Work cross functionally to develop and execute user program initiatives
-Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market and differentiate from competitors
-Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams, consolidate them into requirements, features and end products
-Deep dive into users demographic, purchasing, platform behavior and ordering behavior to carry out long-term and short-term strategy for user acquisition and app penetration.
-Communicate with internal and external parties with APP plans and roadmaps
-Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
-Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
-Track and push development and testing progress. Track and analyze key user metrics in order to form feedback loop to improve our products and services
-Plan and execute APP related daily operation task incl. ASO, content management, digital campaigns and app ads.
-Reporting on weekly basis of APP performance, marketing initiatives.
-Manage agencies for delivering good result on time.
-Responsibility for budgetary control on a monthly basis
-Responsibility for improvement of ways of working/SOP/guideline
-Passion of apps and care about users with customer-centric focus.
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an App Product Manager or APP platform management in FMCG/QSR field. E-retailing experience is a plus.
-Experience in internationally renowned Internet companies, or experience in product development for large Internet platform products, or experience in fast moving, challenging and unique business problems are great bonus.
-Experience in product/service lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework.
-Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in Chinese and English are required.
-Data-driven decision mind-set with problem-solving attitude.
-Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills, with ability to foster strong internal and external partnerships and handle complex negotiations
-Natural interest in translating trends, data, and analytics into insights and use them to generate or influence new strategies
-Excellent presentation skills, demonstrated ability to synthesize data and information into persuasive, impactful reports and presentations
-Solid project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to details
-Strong integrity, passion for innovation, and desire to learn and succeed
