HRIS Management and Rollout
- Understand current Human Resource Information Systems and support to implement HRIS-test plans to validate all Human Resource Information System process.
- Well control all HRIS activities in terms of providing necessary support in HR applications, verifying functional specifications for applications development and/or modification, conducting work flow analyses, evaluating systems changes and implementing the rollout plan.
- Lead the HRIS roll out, conduct communication and monitor the system performance during the rollout period.
- Train HR members and line managers in the compensation area of the system.
Project Management & Execution
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR Director.
