Job Description
1. 操作、管理與維護公司電腦軟硬體、話務系統、資訊系統環境及相關週邊設備。
2. 執行公司內部網路環境與資安管理機制。
3. 熟悉TCP/IP，網路設備(如:Router、Switch、Firewall等)安裝、設定、管理及維護實務經驗
4. 管理、維護，並定期執行公司與同仁資料備份、病毒防護、系統更新等作業
5. 控管、備份網路伺服器內的檔案，並設定權限，以確保檔案與資訊安全。
6. 監控公司內部系統運作，並建立危機處理的標準流程。
7. 提供公司各單位網路系統操作教育訓練。
8. 資訊設備軟硬體資產管理。
9. 有工務經驗尤佳
10. 其他主管交辦事項
11. 具備基本英語會話能力
