工作內容:

• 協助團隊發展富吸引力的品牌
  
• 協助團隊建立品牌的相關事務，包含品牌命名、試菜、菜單品項、價格設定、營業額...等
• 撰寫吸引顧客的菜單及相關資訊
• 協助監測外送平台的營業表現及廣告投放監測
• 具有電商平台管理經驗，熟悉運作流程和可操作範圍
• 洞察市場競爭品牌，並確保自主品牌在市場的競爭力
  
  

We are looking for a (Senior) Brand Specialist which reports to the Assistant Brand Manager. The (Senior) Brand Specialist will support the brand team in developing catering brands, providing our customers with fantastic food and beverage.

The position will work closely with the marketing team, operation team who is based in the Taipei office. It needs talent with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and great communication skills, and He/She is also a FOOD-ENTHUSIAST that is eager to bring scrumptiousness to our customers.

• Assist with the team to develop attractive catering brands to satisfy the consumers
• Support the team to establish all matters for Brands, including but not limited to brand naming, dish tasting, price and promotion set-up
• Write eye-catching menu items and relevant information on food delivery platforms
• Supervise and optimize the Ads of delivery platforms, make sure we reach acceptable ROAS
• Assist with Brand performance evaluation and Data analysis and operational effectiveness tracking
• Research competitors to gain insight, ensure the the competitiveness in markets

• Fluently in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Familiar with food delivery platforms, often to order food from them

• Sense of aesthetics and full of creativity
• A problem solver and detail oriented

• Well rounded interests with a passion for food and beverage is a plus.
