Job Description

【你需要做什麼?】

客戶成長專員為用戶與產品團隊間的溝通橋樑,主要協助團隊利用各種溝通管道(信件、文字即時、電話或會議等)解決用戶問題,再將用戶反饋統整並回報給團隊進行優化與追蹤,協助用戶實現行動辦公生活,職務內容包括:

• 提供優質的客戶服務、客戶關係維護
• 跨部門、產品線間溝通協作,即時排解客戶問題
• 行銷部門對外合作合約管理(如外部銷售渠道合作、委外服務等)
• 收集、分析產品用戶反饋與問題,製作簡報提供優化提案
• 教育和企業等用戶導入產品服務,製作產品教學素材
• 配合行銷活動促進潛在用戶轉換
• 新式客服工具評估與導入

Requirements

【加分條件】

• 良好之英文說寫能力,投遞履歷前請附上英文履歷或相關英文能力證明
• 極佳的溝通能力(正確判讀用戶需求,以用戶可理解的語言表達)
• 邏輯思考能力(問題前後因果關係、從客戶描述中辨識出關鍵問題)
• 掌握細節且擁有彈性處理問題與自主判斷的能力
• 第二外語能力,若能提供能力證明為佳(非必要,但可加分)
• 熟悉各平台裝置使用(非必要,但可加分)
