Job Description

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing leader to be part of our team. In this role, you will be a key leader to guild the overall positioning and branding of KiWi New Energy. You will work closely with the management team as well as various departments to best represent the values of KiWi.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an experienced manager to partner with and support the growth of our products across B2C and B2B channels.

As the lead marketing manager, you will be tasked with expanding the user base of the assigned Product lines' product offering and services from both existing users and from new users as well as managing a budget to achieve optimal results.

There are many strategies available to achieve this such as planning and executing creative marketing campaigns, customer segmentation for tailor made outreach, developing customer reward strategies, partnering with other internal products and external parties to offer exciting incentives to use the platform.

You will also work closely with the Product team to make improvements for product improvements to ensure the best representation of the company.

Should performance is well, the role of CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) will be available.

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from the start to the end, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Own execution of campaigns, optimisation, experiments, and reporting for digital channels.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • ​​Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
What you should have
  • 3-5 years experience with growth, campaign, or digital marketing for a B2C or marketplace product
  • 3+ years experience in digital advertising on Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.
  • Proven experience running marketing projects and campaigns from start to finish
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Exceptional copy-writing and editing skills
  • Strong analytical and data skills, including experience with Google Analytics and other similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Interview process

There will be 2-3 stages of the interview process.

  1. First meeting for introduction and sharing with Management leaders
  2. Take home scenario and test
  3. Final interview to review expectations, goal setting and documentation checks.
