We are looking for an engineer manager to join the Android development team to expand user experience, improve collaboration and communication in the workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Android engineers, build and coach member's career paths.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration in the biweekly release cadence.
- Improve engineering quality and efficiency.
- Drive technical roadmap and direction.
- Strike a balance among engineering, design, and business.
職務需求
- 3 years of Android development experience.
- Experienced with Agile development practices.
- Knowledge of engineering and product metrics.
Plus:
- Familiar with backend development.
- Familiar with on-device machine learning.
- Good sense of humor, capable of creating psychological safety.
