Responsibilities:

• Lead & perform the operation of finance and accounting, including but not limited to daily accounting operation, month-end closing, tax filing, cash operation and management, and required audit preparation.
• Support management in financial planning and any related ad-hoc requests (e.g. updating financial forecast).
• Conduct consolidated financial and management reporting based on management team's requirement.
• Regularly provide P&L results and insights to management team to facilitate team to achieve business goals.
• Implement accounting ERP and optimize the operational process in financial aspect.

Requirements:

• Showing can-do attitude, self-driven, and sense of urgency; Being able to thrive in a fast-paced and startup environment.
• Minimum 5+ years relevant experiences in corporate finance or accounting related field.
• Ability to synthesize information effectively and present findings to senior management clearly in both verbal and written settings.
• Music or Video content related industry is a plus.
