Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and budgeting
- Verify the hiring needs and qualifications by closely collaborating with hiring managers.
- Able to manage all recruitment activities by aligning with company people strategy.
- Partnering with business leaders to identify the critical problem and Gap.
- Able to keep proactively and flexibility to support different Business Unit within KKCompany as a Headquarter HR Business Partner role.
Talent Management & Development
- Partnering with business leaders & HR C&B team to implement the performance management / Compensation Recognition program
- Gap Analysis & Needs Assessment. Then partnering with HR L&D for developing the training plan.
- Develop and Implement the Strategies for Talent Development and Successor Culture.
Organization Development and Transformation
- Strategic planning and execution on improving, engagement, and Collaboration through partnering with business leaders.
- Analyze and Monitor people/organization metrics to foresee / identify issues, trends and themes that to help business/people decisions or drive process improvements
