Business operation is responsible for improving KKS process, supervising regional business performances, and supporting regional business functions requirements. The role of a business manager involves managing, monitoring, measuring, designing, and providing support for regional business functions, to ensure top-down company strategies and business directions can be well executed across different regions/departments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day sales operations, including sales related billing consolidation / sales operations / CRM / contracts
• Assist to develop working flow for quantifying and qualifying product/service usage, realized benefits, achievements, opportunities and next steps. Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
• Build and drive a highly collaborative team environment (own staff, consultancy partners, independent contractors) to deliver the program.
• Supporting the key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
• Assist with the development of business cases, project proposals, and SOWs as part of new business opportunity development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 3 years + partner / channel / SI experience in software or streaming platform.
• Experience in leading, organizing and motivating project teams.
• Requires understanding financial, operational and business needs and mapping these to stream service functionality.
• Fluent in Japanese would be a plus.
