The role is to lead the team to work to turn business collaborations and customer requests into practical development plans. This is an impactful role that drives the ensure successful development and operation of KKSTREAM’s core streaming products with high profile customers

Responsibility:

• Leader for all aspects of execution and operational readiness at the program level.
• Lead and make key decisions with stakeholders through time, scope, and budget
  constraints
• Define and guide decisions on the type of variable engagement module, appropriate for the
  specific product and schedule.
• Coordinate information flow across teams in support of development and operations.
• Drive alignment of processes and initiatives throughout the software development
  process
• Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional leads to define success metrics and
  carry out best program management practices
• Create and maintain clear, user-friendly process documentation: templates, tools,
  process maps, graphical representations, etc.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional alignment and
  stakeholder buy-in. Define and track key performance metrics for product development to
  measure process efficiencies and highlight bottlenecks.
• Manage, train, and grow a team of program managers.
• Set team objectives in accordance with company objectives.
• Find and implement new program and operation tools and methodologies.

• University or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading large software development teams and delivering desirable business results.
• Strong knowledge of project/program management tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate internal and external key stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Plus to have

• PMP or other project management certification
• Fluent in Japanese is a plus
• Experience in shipping live streaming, VOD and other media platform is a plus
