崗位職責:
1.利用郵件、社交網絡及電話實時處理客戶參與活動前、中、後的各類需求
2.於中文用戶及各國供應商之間協調確認活動細節,實時處理客戶需求
3.負責進入後台系統確認訂單及日常出票

任職要求:
1.溫柔耐心客服溝通,沉得住氣,抗得了壓;
2.細心有責任感,中、英文流利
3.反應迅速,思維敏捷,必要的時候能使出殺手鐧把客人收拾的服服帖帖
