As Head of Product, you will be part of a close knit go-to-market group and will be responsible for building out the product organization at the company. You enjoy experimenting and testing out different hypotheses to distill complex client input into practical solutions focused on driving value that matters. Your prior experience driving a product from zero to launch gives you the insights and practical frameworks necessary to guide project teams toward practical decisions. You will work across insurance, machine learning, data science and software development to own and drive forward the product vision.

Your work will create the technology infrastructure that will enable Pay-How-You-Live insurance for the next billion people.

Responsibility

• Zero to one: Build the product organization from the ground up by setting up basic infrastructure, nurturing talent and implementing frameworks
• Product Strategy & Life cycle: Own product lifecycle from strategic planning, product roadmap and specifics of product requirements to launch
• Go-to-market: Evaluate the performance of the product, conduct user research to evaluate and move the company towards product-market fit
• Client engagement & product value: Work directly with clients to translate and synthesize client problems into solutions
• Product Development: Work across development, machine learning and data science to ensure our teams, process, and tools are effective, efficient, and scalable

• Have 5+ experience leading digital product teams
• Experience working at a startup taking a product through the entire product life cycle from Zero to launch to customer success
• Experience working in a go-to-market setting to determine product viability and product market fit
• Experience leading, training and managing day to day operations of product teams
• Experience in insurance, insurtech or fintech is an asset
