這個職位您會擔任我們的電商平台後端工程師，與美國總公司的開發團隊合作，一同擴展系統及開發新功能。

Senior Backend Developer 

Qualifications and Requirements 

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development.  
• Familiar with .NET 6 and above C#.  
• Familiar with Git workflow. 

• Experience writing scalable, secure backend applications  
• Database design and system analysis skills, mainly MS SQL server, mongo DB, elastic search is a plus. 
• Programming and database performance optimization skills.  

• Business-level English reading/writing. 
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Docker is a plus.
• Scalable cloud Server development and deployment skills on Microsoft Azure and Google GCP is a plus.
• Experience in E-commerce backend development is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities  

• Understand business requirements and suggest/provide solutions targeting the Backend system. 

• In charge of the entire Backend system development process, including technical planning, database design, development, testing, launching, and maintenance.   
• Coordinate with different teams and provide support to define and prioritize tasks.  
• Conduct technical research, study the feasibility of the requirements, provide feedback and solution afterward. 
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and adopt new technologies in different areas that you may not be familiar with before for marketing strategies.   
• You will be responsible for meeting all objectives assigned to you, both company and personal OKRs. This includes delivering results that benefit the company and personal growth objectives.
