We are looking for an experienced Backend Java Engineer who will work closely with our design team and the CEO to develop the core functions of the internet financial platform of our company and build the technology infrastructure that supports digital asset trading on the internet. Ideally, the best Backend Java Engineer will be expected to have an eye for performance, utility and practicality rather than regurgitating programming patterns from textbooks.

While many tech company products are engineering-driven, we value partnership cooperation between all of our teams. Engineers should also be a part of our customers’ relations in order to develop more empathy for what the customer’s needs are.

To join our team, you should be excited to:

• Responsible for developing the core functions of the Internet financial platform, build the technology infrastructure that supports digital asset trading on the internet
• Implement RestFul and WebSocket API interfaces, to support customers to receive market data and execute orders
• Establish a robust, efficient and concurrent trading system to ensure 7x24 hours uninterrupted operation
• Actively conduct efficient communication with the product team and business development team, collect requirements, participate in product planning and system design
• Propose practical and feasible solutions, capable of producing technical documents independently
  
  

• Computer Science or related Engineering Bachelor (or above) from top tier university
• 3 years or more working experience
• Proficient in Java Programming
• Familiar with large-scale, multithreading, and high-performance distributed system
• Familiar with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, Java network programming, multi-threaded programming, and have a deep understanding of JVM principles
• Familiar with Java Web, microservice development, and frameworks like SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, and MyBatis
• Proficient in tools like caching, message queuing, and searching, e.q., Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
• Familiar with Linux
• Experience in developing financial-related products, or have work experience in a large Internet company
• Able to adapt to the high-pressure working environment
• Great abilities in system analyzing, abstract thinking and system designing
