We're looking for a seasoned Director of HR who is passionate about the culture of the firm they are working for and loves the business the firm is doing. The Director will be the key partner to executives across functions within Kronos & Wootrade teams. Guides, manages, and provides strategy on the people function for an entire organization. We believe that the HR team will be one of our valuable assets since the role is fundamental to developing a company's culture, development, organization, and recruitment.

You will be expected to:

• Be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department. Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
• Take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with a firm's objectives. Helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goals.
• Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
• Lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
• Supervises staff and reports to the chief executive officer on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labor, legislative, and other human resources issues.
• Recruiting and talent acquisition: in partnership with hiring managers, run our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
• Trusted advisor: be the trusted advisor to the CEO, COO and extended leadership

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of human resources
• Broad base of business knowledge and strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written/spoken)
• Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Tech / Fintech background with organizational behavior or work psychology background
• Familiar with Taiwan labor regulations
• Familiar with China labor regulations is a plus
