As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you should stand apart by excelling at talent identification, attraction and assessment, and developing deep partnerships with the business and within HR. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter that can succeed in scaling teams of fast-growing technology organizations for both technical and non-technical

You will be expected to:

  • Be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department. Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
  • Take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with a firm's objectives. Helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goals.
  • Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
  • Lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
  • Supervises staff and reports to the chief executive officer on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labor, legislative, and other human resources issues.
  • Recruiting and talent acquisition: in partnership with hiring managers, run our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Trusted advisor: be the trusted advisor to the CEO, COO, and extended leadership

Requirements

  • 5 year+ experience in a headhunting firm and in a company. Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a TA lead/people management
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written/spoken)
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Knowledge of the whole hiring cycle process and recruiting skills. Including job platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Logical thinking, willing to take ownership of new tasks
  • English resume acceptable only
