Job Description

1. Develop and execute a global recruitment strategy to expand our talent pool and support our international market growth in the Web3 industry.
2. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, utilizing strong English language skills.
3. Cultivate an open and flexible work environment, drawing inspiration from the best Silicon Valley HR practices to build a world-class team.
4. Align with KryptoGO's cultural values and contribute to the development of our employer brand.
5. Identify and attract potential talent with a passion for and understanding of the Web3 space.
6. Support team growth and development, optimize talent management, and build a high-performing, agile team.
7. Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards and company objectives.
8. Oversee administrative functions, including payroll, compliance, and employee records management.
9. Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the HR budget and analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
10. Stay current with HR trends and best practices, particularly in the Web3 industry, and adapt policies and procedures accordingly.

Requirements

Job Requirements

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
3. Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs to maintain a high-performing, motivated workforce.
4. Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
6. Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
7. Oversee the administration of HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
8. Partner with the leadership team to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
9. Develop and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and skill acquisition.
10. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.


Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
2. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or Web3 company.
3. Proven track record of successfully scaling HR functions and building high-performing teams in a global context.
4. Deep understanding of the Web3 industry and its unique talent requirements.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
6. Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse, international workforce.
7. Experience with HR software and tools, particularly those used in Silicon Valley tech companies.
8. Familiarity with global HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities.
10. Passion for the Web3 industry and a strong alignment with KryptoGO's mission, vision, and values
