Job Description
1. Responsible for technical maintenance, fault detection and repair of game platform in Asia, and provide relevant technical support.
2. Handling emergency system operation failures and troubleshooting, notification, and submit reports regularly.
3. Solve platform user issues via the Internet or by phone.

1. 負責亞洲區遊戲平台技術維護，故障檢測及修復，提供相關技術支援；
2. 處理緊急系統運營故障及問題排查、通報，並定期提交日誌報告，和分析；
3. 透過Jira和Excel記錄解決平台用戶問題。
Requirements
2. Be familiar with Linux or Window system.
3. On duty shift (07:00-16:00/14:00-23:00/22:00-07:00).
4. Instantly report problems and track resolutions and feedback.
5. Good communication skills / teamwork / strong sense of responsibility.
6. Night shift allowance is NTD$700 per working days.
7. Welcome transferees with experience in operating technical support and pay based on experience.
