What You'll Do / Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Front End Software Engineer who can lead development in modifying and modernizing our product website. We are looking for somebody who always prefers a simple solution over a complex one and who has focused on front-end development using React, JavaScript and Typescript.
Responsibilities
- Design and build intuitive and satisfying user experiences
- Collaborate with the team and cross-functional partners on all aspects of design
- Develop clean, beautiful code that others can easily understand
- Identify and advocate for team-wide areas of improvement and best practices
- Mentor team members to refine their technical and architectural skills
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Strong frontend expertise and at least 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with frontend technologies (e.g. CSS, React, Typescript and Redux)
- Experience with CI CD pipeline such as GitHub Actions and netlify.
- A mastery of Node.js and React with a strong understanding of state management
- Strong understanding of the product development process, converting Figma designs into robust, modern frontends
- A passion for helping protect users’ privacy and security
- Experience owning and shipping multiple products
Preferred Qualifications
- Next.js and web3 dapp development
- Familiarity with the world of cryptocurrency, especially Ethereum

LeapFi aims to become the gateway for mainstream adoption of DeFi in the Web2 world. Founded in 2023, we leverage our expertise in quantitative trading and deep insights into the DeFi ecosystem to build a platform for derivative financial transactions. Our goal is to meet various investment needs and empower users to implement their desired investment strategies.
In 2023, we will launch the v1 of our derivative financial platform, which will offer investment products such as prioritized returns, risk management, and fixed income. In early 2024, we plan to introduce innovative and leveraged vaults, further maximizing returns for our users.
