- 善於分析和良好的溝通能力
- 以數據驅動但同時保有創造力和注重細節的能力
加分條件
- 具備Defi, GameFi 或是區塊鏈產業相關經驗
- 具備數據分析相關經驗
- 有使用過Google分析和代碼管理工具
- 擔任過以營收為中心的角色經驗
- 有電商、遊戲和線上服務供應商的工作經驗
