Responsibilities

1. Define the goals and objectives of each sprint or iteration in alignment with the company's strategic vision and product roadmap.
2. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, well-organized, and reflective of stakeholder requirements and priorities.
3. Collaborate closely with software, design, and operations teams across different time zones to refine iteration workflows and optimize cross-functional collaboration.
4. Develop and implement agile metrics and best practices to balance opportunity cost and market opportunity, while ensuring that the team consistently delivers high-quality software solutions.
5. Drive continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends, incorporating feedback, and proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
6. Foster a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.

1. A minimum of 4 years of software industry experience, preferably as an Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master.
2. A deep understanding of agile methodologies, best practices, and tools.
3. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, requirements, and feedback to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
5. Experience working with remote or distributed teams across different time zones is highly desirable.
6. Familiarity with the medical software industry and related compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.
