MAI is seeking a talented and experienced Medical Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background in anatomy and physiology, experience in course design related to medical education and virtual patient simulation, and excellent communication and research skills. This role will require the candidate to collaborate with various stakeholders, create engaging content, and help validate our product roadmap to ensure market fit.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality, engaging, and informative medical content, including course materials, virtual patient simulations, and other educational resources, based on your expertise in anatomy and physiology.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create medical education courses that align with our company's objectives and target audience.
3. Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and insights that inform product development and ensure market fit.
4. Use strong research skills to identify relevant journals, articles, and NIH PubMed citations to support content development and inform course design.
5. Create and maintain a content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and adhere to established guidelines and best practices.
6. Work closely with the product team to validate and refine our product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and industry trends.
7. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal teams as needed.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in medical education and virtual patient simulation.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant medical field, such as Anatomy, Physiology, or Medical Education.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in course design and content creation related to medical education and virtual patient simulation.
3. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct user interviews and effectively present information to various stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to research, digest, and propose relevant journals, articles, and NIH PubMed citations to support content development.
5. Proficiency in using content creation tools and technologies.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
