We're on the lookout for a seasoned project manager who is ready to channel their passion into making significant contributions to the medical software domain.

The Role

As our Project Manager, you'll be steering the wheel of our software development ventures, ensuring they're delivered efficiently and effectively. You'll be the linchpin of our project teams, facilitating communication, aligning objectives, and maintaining our commitment to excellence in medical education.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects.
  • Uphold Agile principles, acting as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, driving projects to successful completion.
  • Harness your deep knowledge of Agile methodologies to optimize our processes and implement industry best practices.
  • Engage with a diverse team, fostering clear and constructive communication, ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders are in sync.
  • Guide your team towards achieving sprint goals that balance ambition with realism, through effective facilitation and consensus-building.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in the software industry, with a track record as an Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  • Profound understanding of Agile frameworks, with a toolkit of best practices and methodologies at your disposal.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, capable of presenting ideas, requirements, and feedback in a manner that resonates with all team members, regardless of technical expertise.
  • Proven experience in leading discussions that culminate in the team's commitment to sprint goals, emphasizing both ambition and practicality.

Interview process

  1. First Interview (Online): This initial meeting focuses on assessing cultural fit and evaluating if the candidate meets the job description requirements. It will be conducted via zoom.
  2. Second Interview (Onsite): This stage delves into the candidate's product sense. Candidates will be evaluated based on user stories they create, their effectiveness in prioritizing the backlog, and their approach to motivating the team to establish and commit to their sprint goals. This interview takes place in person.
