Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. Donor Services Officer

To execute MSF Taiwan Fundraising strategy and subsequently to provide high quality donor service, maintain a positive interaction with donors/supporters and perform efficient donation administration to enhance donor satisfactory level and lifetime value, reinforcing the efforts of providing financial support to the MSF movement.

Major Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails from donors and supporters in a timely manner, to receive walk in donors/supporters and to ensure delivery of high-quality donor services.
• Contact donors whose donation is going to expire or those with invalid regular donations to reduce donation loss rate.
• Manage and maintain the donors’ database to ensure data accuracy.
• Process donations in various channels and send/mail receipts to donors.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

捐款服務專員

執行無國界醫生（台灣）之募款策略，為捐款人提供優質的服務並維持良好的互動，幫助捐款人/支持者了解無國界醫生的人道醫療活動與社會使命，以及進行有效的捐款人管理，進而提升捐款人對組織的滿意度及忠誠度，強化台灣在無國界醫生全球醫療行動的支持。

主要工作內容：

• 即時回應捐款人/支持者的來電與信件，接待辦公室現場捐款人/支持者，確保提供優質的捐款人服務。
• 聯繫定期捐款失敗、到期之捐款人，協助捐款作業，降低捐款流失率。
• 捐款人與捐款資料建檔及維護。
• 各種捐款管道作業處理、收據寄發。
• 其他主管交辦事項。

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate B2C customer services, including accounting handling, and experience in CRM. NGO donation service experience is a plus.
• Enjoy interacting with people and is customer service oriented with empathy and good manners/communication skills on telephone/writing services.
• Capable of quickly understanding customer needs and possessing an attitude and ability to solve problems.
• Good computer skills, especially in excel and analytical tools.
• Attentive to details and accuracy. Take responsibility for job duties.
• Having stable personality, capable of adapting to highly repetitive tasks and completing tasks within established deadlines.
• Able to work independently but also a good team player.
• Strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian aid work, and interests in/sense of mission for international affairs.
• Basic level of English ability in speaking, reading and writing.

資格：

• 學士學位，具2至3年企業B2C第一線客戶服務經驗。具帳務處理相關工作經驗，並熟悉CRM系統。有非營利組織捐款帳務經驗者尤佳。
• 喜愛與人接觸並以客戶服務為導向，有同理心和良好的電話及書信溝通技巧，並且能快速了解客戶的需求，及具備解決問題的態度與能力。
• 良好的電腦技能，熟悉Excel及相關分析應用工具。
• 注重細節及正確性，可以同時處理多項任務，並對自己的工作職務有責任感。
• 個性穩定且能適應重複性高的工作，並能在既定時間內完成交辦事項。
• 能夠獨立作業，亦能於需要時與其他同事合作。
• 認同無國界醫生人道救援行動，且對國際事務具備高度興趣及使命感為佳。
• 具備基本的英文的口說/讀寫能力。
