About the Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and friendly demeanor will contribute to our commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Responsible for receiving user's consultation and answering user's doubts through online customer service tools;
  • Feedback the problems existing in the use process of users in a timely manner, and do a good job in collecting and sorting out problems;
  • Proficient in English and Chinese;
  • Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience is preferred;
  • Think about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, mining user requests, and promoting problem solving and process optimization;
  • Abapable to work in shifts. (3 shifts per day: 9:00-18:00, 15:00-00:00, 00:00-9:00) - 5 working days/week if needed.

  • Based in Kuala Lumpur, be able to work onsite on regular basis.

  • Good logical thinking ability, can judge the real needs of users
  • Passionate about Client Server, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions
  • Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects
  • Have self-management ability and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
  • Have good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summary
  • Experience in providing support to customers, including telephone, email, ticket, and online chat services
  • Good at communication, good expression ability, strong affinity, hard-working, good pressure bearing ability
  • Locals are preferred, Chinese and English can be used as working languages, customer service experience or experience in the same industry is preferred
  • This person has an entrepreneurial spirit. They will be expected to spot opportunities for teams to improve and take action to make that improvement happen. They are crucial to our goal of getting better every day
