Requirements
About the Opportunity:
我們正在尋找一位風控審核專員加入團隊，負責確保公司在風險管理方面遵守政策、程序和法規，以減少潛在損失。需要分析和評估風險，制定相應的措施，並提供風險建議以支持業務決策。
What You'll be Doing:
1. 與風控策略/開發團隊合作利用策略，內外部實時警報監控，個人經驗等手段進行欺詐，洗錢，異常交易等行為和風險賬戶的發現，處置，盡職調查，出具完整的 調查報告。
2. 審核用戶基本信息，歷史交易行為等多維度的用戶分析以識別用戶的欺詐，洗錢，異常交易等行為/風險。
3. 針對在審查過程中發現的不斷變化風險模式和新趨勢進行及時的向上回饋以及提出建議。
4. 與內部利害關係人建立長期健康合作關係，配合協助，流程閉環。
5. 其他交辦事項。
What We Look For in You:
1.大學及以上學歷。
2.金融，經濟學，會計，財務管理，數學，法律專業優先。
3.1-3 年的相關詐欺,反洗錢調查經驗。 銀行、金融科技領域的詐欺偵測/風險管理經驗。 區塊鏈風控營運經驗優先。
4.具備SQL、Python資料分析工具使用及統計理論應用能力優先。
5.良好的邏輯思考能力，批判性思考能力，良好的英文書面溝通能力。
6.具有較強的組織協調與溝通能力，認真負責的工作態度，親和力，適應能力強
7.接受依排班表7*24輪班，夜班時間：(時段一) 晚上9PM-凌晨 (時段二)6AM;：0:00-9am
Pay Range
60,000-90,000/M (DOE)
