Job Description
- Collect, analyze, and transform business requirements into tech requirements and documentation.
- Analyze current application against the business processes and proactively develop plans of improvements.
- Working together with teams to identify problems, obstacles, issues or risks and plan on actions to mitigate.
- Communicate effectively within the organizations to support the completion of projects or tasks.
- Ensure the quality of project or task delivery and documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships and communication with users and team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
- Min. 2 years proven experience as Business Analyst in technology-based company
- Previous experience in a technology-based financial industry is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of business processes and strong development planning skills.
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Meticulous attention to details and highly organized.
- Familiar with SDLC and software development.
- Able to work in a diverse team.
