Job Description
【工作內容】
●與雲端架構師和數據科學家合作，確保將客戶的系統導入雲端服務。
●與雲架構師一起參與解決方案設計的規劃，審查和實施，以創建基於GCP的企業解決方案。
●維護與深耕指定的技術領域，並有效利用該領域的知識來協助客戶。
●參加相關培訓及研討會，並針對各項問題與尋求進階解決方案。
●建立技術支援知識庫(Knowledge Base)。
●部門團隊的交辦事項。
Requirements
【基本條件】
●技術相關學位：電腦科學，電腦工程，資訊背景或等同經驗。
●了解網絡和互聯網協議，包括TCP / IP，DNS，SMTP，HTTP和分佈式網絡。
●具有Linux安裝，操作，設置以及對操作系統，網絡原理和系統調試的理解的實務經驗。
●具有Cloud Services，AWS，Azure或GCP的實務經驗。
●良好的組織和分析能力，注重細節。
●對技術充滿熱情，並按照指示學習新技術領域。
【加分條件】
●Azure，AWS，GCP技術認證。
●Terraform，Ansible，Rancher的實務經驗。
●具有腳本語言，如python，Node.js的實務經驗。
●參與Agile DevOps的設計，開發，測試和發布新功能，並著重於發布和後期維護。
