Job Description
1. 盡您所能的維持公司網路及系統服務健康。
公司、雲端網路及系統建置暨維運
(Firewall、Switch、AP、VPN、BGP、AD、Radius、GCP)
2. 對公司同仁很重要的帳號權限管理，也需要您操心
Google Workspace、Jira、o365、AD等各類帳號權限控管
3. 時常關心軟硬體及網路系統狀況，若出事了您需要知道。
監控各類狀態並告警:
Device: 設備日誌, 硬體狀況
Internet: Internet health check、packet loss、latency
System & Service: AD、JIRA、AP Controller、Radius、Workspace
4. 幫助公司掌握資訊相關的所有資產。
硬體:Note Book
軟體:O365,Google Workspace,Adobe,Jira,Sales Force...等
5. ISO27001規範遵循落實:
．災害復原計畫規劃、測試、演練
．資通安全之宣導與檢查
．備份及還原演練:
定期備份 - 網路設備、系統服務(AD、Radius、門禁、CCTV)、操作紀錄稽核日誌
定期還原 - 前述備份還原可靠度驗證
6. 其他主管交辦事項
我方對您的期待技能:
Network: L1~L3具基本概念, 架構不動前提下, 能依架構圖及手冊進行日常維運
System: Windows及Linux具基本操作概念, 可依操作手冊自行維運
會了對您很有幫助的技能:
自動化: 能將枯燥routine的日常工作進行自動化處理, 為彼此節省大把時間
(Ansible、Terraform、Cronjob、Scheduler、Script)
