Position Summary

We are looking for a partner with an entrepreneur mindset to join our growing team in Taipei. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will work in close collaboration with the General Manager in Taiwan as well as Project Managers, Account Managers, Developers and Web Designers based in our Asia Branches in Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam. You will be responsible for growing Moni Media presence in Taiwan, acquiring new opportunities and build a winning strategy for Taiwan market.

Job description and role summary

The main job requirements are:

- Develop new business relationships and generate new revenue

- Be a key actor in the sales strategy of the agency 

- Actively acquire and close new business leads

- Achieve quarterly sales quota from inbound and proactive pipeline targets

- Represent Moni Media to potential clients

- Create client proposals and quotations with accurate information, process, and structure

- Respond and manage the tender and RFP processes

- Be a key contact point for contracted clients and internal stake holders

Requirements

Key Skills and requirements.

- University graduate (Business Economics, Commerce, Technologies or related fields)

- Experience in selling digital solutions is a must

- Experience in a sales role in a digital agency is preferred

- Experience in e-commerce / digital marketing / online store operation is necessary

- Team spirit, communication and public presentation skills are essential

- Strong numerical skills with experience in developing business plans

- Excellent written and spoken English 

- Native Chinese is required
