工作內容
❚ 協助人員招募和面試曝光，建立面試流程與安排程序
❚ 安排內部教育訓練與規劃學習資源
❚ 建立機制提升員工向心力 (例如舉行社團、讀書會、競賽等公司活動)
❚ 建立員工評核機制，維持公司的進步動力
❚ 協助規劃組織架構及獎酬機制
❚ 維護與管理人資系統與出勤統計
❚ 計算勞健保、退休金、薪資與申報
必要條件
❚ 2 – 5 年人資相關經驗
❚ 觀察力敏銳，善於體察同事的心情
❚ 對於建立企業文化和公司制度有興趣
❚ 善於溝通協調，人際能力佳
❚ 具備極佳的耐性、同理心和責任感
加分條件
❚ 有動畫或遊戲產業相關工作經驗
❚ 有管理經驗

Founded in 2012, MoonShine has been through some challenges, and have done some cool things with our talents. We believe in the value of transparency and equity and constantly strive to deliver great work to the world.
