🍙 Responsibilities

Tools: Notion, Slack, Google G Suite, HRIS and hiring tools

Language: English (Mandarin is a plus)

Work environment: remote, flexible office hours, M-F

• Employee Engagement: Lead the effort in strengthening team bonding and loyalty via events/ activities, workshops, company branding, and internal communication initiatives
• Onboarding Program: Manage the end-to-end onboarding/ exiting processes and projects for incoming new hires
• Employer branding: Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives such as company websites, social media pages, merchandising, etc.
• Recruiting: Participate in scouting and interviewing process of junior and mid-level roles
• Administration: Handle legal proceedings (eg: visas, ARCs, work permits), updating documentation of operations processes in both written and video formats
• Office management (for Taiwan office): Manage office logistics and maintenance
• Be a self-starter and a team player keen on mentoring others and growing your own skill set within a fast paced environment

🌾 Qualifications

• Good command of English, both spoken & written
• 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (HR/ people/ internal marketing)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and research skills
• Able to work autonomously and make decisions
• Passionate about employee happiness and engagement
• Nice to have:
  • Experience in startup environment
  • General knowledge of labor law
