Technical Recruiter



🍙 Responsibilities

Tools: Notion, Slack, Google G Suite, GEM and hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Angellist, Hired, etc.)

Hiring focus: tech roles (engineering, product, design, technical support)

Language: English (nice to have: a second language)

Work environment: remote, flexible hours, M-F

  • Own the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing to offers, including building talent pipeline, developing and managing the interview process, compensation negotiation, closing the offer
  • Research and experiment different hiring tools and strategies, collect and review global talent pipeline metrics and feedback to improve our recruiting strategies and success
  • Engage in the global tech talent communities and represent Morpheus One's mission and values
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract talents
  • Be a self-starter and a team play


🌾 Qualifications

  • Good command of English, both spoken & written
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (technical recruiting or sourcing) in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Track record of successful tech hiring in previous positions
  • Understanding of the technical landscape and modern hiring tools
  • Able to work autonomously and make decisions
  • Passionate about team growth by finding the right talents for the right roles
  • Must be flexible with work hours to do screening calls with global candidates
  • Nice to have:
    • Technical knowledge - preferably with background in engineering or software product management
    • Has a global tech talent network (especially Asia & North America)
    • Experience with compensation negotiation
