We are building enterprise data warehouse to meet regional/global forwarding and accounting business intelligence requirements. You will be responsible to:

• Lead or participate in gathering business and data requirements
• Lead or participate in analysis of source systems, performing thorough Data Profiling and Data Quality analysis
• Lead or participate in source to target mappings design for ETL program
• Lead conceptual and logical data modeling design for both relational and dimensional data structures within the enterprise data warehouse
• Lead enterprise-level ETL platform and data warehouse implementation
• Manage upcoming changes in databases/processes with minimal user interruption
• Drives short & long term Data/Information development strategy for the overall projects portfolio for key business segments
• Continuously push for process improvements to reduce error rates, extend and enrich our data

• 3+ year work experience in Data Engineering
  
• 5+ year work experience in leading Data Architecture or Enterprise data warehouse design and implementation
• Strong SQL, Excel, and quantitative skills
• Good knowledge/experience with data governance practices
• Familiarity with database architecture and data governance concepts
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Business fluency in English
• Passion to trendy technical skills and data management process is a great plus.
