Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in application development & support or in MS SQL statement
• Demonstrate issue solving skills and perform root cause analysis
• Familiar with escalation processes and able to manage support issues over JIRA
• Basic understanding of relational database concepts, SQL, Object-oriented language, and scripts
• Basic understanding of Webservices or JSON, working with third party/external APIs

Prefer Qualifications:

• Experience in forwarding business is a great plus
• Experience in heterogeneous system integration support is a great plus
• Experience in self-learning technical skills is a great plus
• Passion in resolving difficult issues is a great plus
• Efficient verbal and written communications skills in English
  
  

About the Role:

• Dedicate support the core system Cargowise One as Integration SA.
• Investigating operation issues and perform root cause analysis
• Work with business analyst regard the business requirement and define use case/scenarios
• Conduct effective communication cross all stakeholders, in order to provide improvement suggestion based on the issue statistics
• Post the system rolling out, as the owner of issue manager such as issue tracking, update, and closure

• We use GitHub Enterprise for our version control tool, so we have Pull 。Request/Tag/Feature Branch in our develop flow.
• Jira is our issue tracking platform, and we also use confluence for documentation.
• We use Jenkins Pipeline for CI flow, and Ansible is our CD tool for deployment.
• All the new service will deploy on AWS, include the existing service and legacy system.
