We are seeking a highly creative and experienced design professional to join our team as a Creative Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for identifying the creative and marketing needs of startup companies and Taiwanese corporations in the ICT and automotive industry and creating visually stunning and impactful materials to support their business development efforts. 

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing Western standard sales and marketing materials for Taiwanese ICT corporations that are looking to sell to the European and North American automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the creative and marketing needs of startup companies and create materials that align with their unique value proposition and target audience.
• Develop visually stunning and impactful materials including presentation decks, social media graphics, and websites that support startups' business development efforts.
• Develop Western standard sales and marketing materials for Taiwanese ICT corporations looking to sell to the European and North American automotive industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure materials align with the overall branding and messaging strategy.
• Gather information and work closely with cross-functional teams to create materials that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and unique selling points.
• Keep updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure materials are current and effective.
• Manage and execute the production process of materials from initial design to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PowerPoint / Google Slides pitch deck-building
• Great understanding of content and how to translate it into various visual forms of expression
• Storytelling capabilities to expand a startup company’s vision and messaging
• Demonstrated interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital, etc.
• Be a problem solver, proactive and effective communicator
• Ambitious, highly motivated, and super keen to learn fast
• 0-3 years of design experience
• Studies in graphic design preferred
• Baseline proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Slides
