Purpose:
• Have responsibility for the development and on-going support of IT Application/solutions delivery & services.
• To build the customer facing and partner facing APIs.

He/She requires to :
• Responsible for programming spec, coding and unit testing on the customer facing and partner facing APIs
• Responsible for API development and maintenance on APIGEE platform
• Support SIT, UAT and production deployment, support production for a period after production deployment
• Assist on database design, Open API design

Key Responsibilities are:
• Work with other scrum team members in the Agile development process and reach business goals of each sprint
• Mainly be responsible for the development, maintenance and system support of customer facing and partner facing APIs
• Analyze user requirements, conduct impact analysis and assist on the API design and database design if need
• Conduct programming spec, quality coding, unit testing and load testing
• Fix security issues or performance issues by following the report

Span of the Role
• Scrum team members, including scrum master, BA, QA, users
• IT Application Development team and Regional Technical Analyst.
• Infra Team and Security Team
• Vendors and Business Partners


Risks
• Ensure that risks associated with all business decisions in own area of the business are understood and managed so that they are within the agreed risk appetite
• Contribute to related risk & audit reports on regular basis for solution deliveries.

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with 1 year related working experience
• Insurance / Bank working experience is preferred

Knowledge and Technical Skills
• Solid experience in Java Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Micro-service, Open API
• Experience with APIGEE is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD is a plus
• Good communication / interpersonal skill, and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
