Job description工作描述:

• Looking through any means possible for Taiwanese flat owner or flat manager 透過各種管道尋找台灣房東/物業管理者/資產管理者
• Cold calling 進行陌生電話開發
• Convince landlords or flat managers to add their rooms on the My Room Abroad platform. 說服房東/物業管理者/資產管理者將房間上架到My Room Abroad平台
  
• Help build the strategy to attract more users (landlords mainly) 協助建立"吸引更多使用者"的策略(吸引房東為主)
• Helping My Room Abroad users find the perfect room in Taipei and other cities in Taiwan 協助平台上的房客找到在台北和台灣其他城市的房間
• Be the intermediary/translator for the communication between landlords and tenants and help them solve their potential problems 協助房東和房客間的翻譯溝通，並協助解決租賃相關的問題
• Contact universities in Taiwan for collaboration partnerships 聯絡台灣的大專院校並建立合作關係
• Other things you would like to try(need to be discussed) 其他你想嘗試的事情(可討論)

What we are looking for我們在找這樣的你:
• Native Mandarin speaker AND fluent in English (any other language is a plus)中文溝通能力流暢，並具備良好英語溝通能力(若具備其他語言溝通能力會加分)
• Someone autonomous and not afraid to take initiatives積極主動、執行力強、並且不怕承擔責任
• At ease with cold calling and selling in Mandarin.具備用中文進行電話開發和銷售的能力(至少有興趣)
• At ease with calling and writing in English具備用英語打電話、寫作的能力(英語程度不能太差)
• The ability for negotiating and persuading is a plus具備談判和說服能力者加分
• Sales background is a plus有銷售背景/相關經驗者加分
