1. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of log data requires to evaluate and identify factors.
2. Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
3. Track, respond and manage customer's technical inquiries.
4. Provide Technical Seminar & training for customer.
5. Create a new concept and proposal of solutions to solve customer issue on the field with good communication skill on the network/WLAN technical stuff.
